تمت يوم الاثنين 15 آب 2022 عقد أول جلسة تدريبية ضمن خطة نقل معرفة الدبلوم المهني للقيادة التعليمية المتقدمة الممنوحة من أكاديمية الملكة رانيا للتدريب. حيث قسّمت الورشة التي أعطيت لمديري ومديرات مدارسنا إلى 3 أجزاء:الجزء الأول قدمته مديرة مدرسة بطريركية الروم الأرثوذكس المقدسية – العقبة السيدة رهان الحوراني بعنوان “ثقافة التنمية المهنية والتعليم المهني”، والهدف كيفية الإشراف على التعلم والأدلة والمؤشرات والسعي للتحسين المستمر.
الجزء الثاني قدمته مديرة مدرسة بطريركية الروم الأرثوذكس المقدسية – الزرقاء السيدة هنادا العلمات بعنوان “إيجاد مناخ وثقافة مدرسية إيجابية” الهدف منها وصف أثر الثقافة والمناخ المدرسي على تحصيل الطلبة ودور القائد في تقييم وخلق بيئة إيجابية للمدرسة
الجزء الثالث قدمته مديرة مدرسة بطريركية الروم الأرثوذكس المقدسية – بنات – مأدبا السيدة عرين الكرادشة بعنوان “إدارة المدرسة والبرامج لتعزيز فاعلية الافراد والمؤسسة” الهدف منها فهم مهارات القيادات الشخصية.
